Emotional Support Groups

United Cancer Alliance offers a variety of support groups for cancer patients, their families and caregivers, including groups specifically for patients, caregivers, and children. These groups will provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences, ask questions, and receive emotional support from others who understand what they are going through and trained mental health specialists.
Educational Resources
United Cancer Alliance provides access to a range of educational resources, including online resources, workshops, and one-on-one consultations. These resources will cover topics such as general terminology overview, possible cancer treatment options, managing side effects, and coping with the emotional and psychological impacts of cancer.
Advocacy and Awareness
United Cancer Alliance is a strong advocate for cancer patients, their families and their caregivers, working to raise awareness about the needs of the population and advocating for policies that support their care. We work to educate the community about cancer prevention and the importance of early detection. Referrals to Healthcare Providers and Community Partners
United Cancer Alliance works closely with healthcare providers in the community to ensure that patients and their families receive comprehensive and coordinated care. We will help you find and connect to the right healthcare team that meets your needs, such as oncologists, radiologists, other medical professionals, social workers, mental health professionals, and spiritual/wellness professionals.
Financial Assistance
Cancer treatments can be expensive, and many families struggle with the financial burden of medical bills, transportation costs, and other expenses. United Cancer Alliance provides financial assistance to help cover these costs, as well as referrals to other organizations that can provide additional support.
